Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Sulo Montaña kicked off to start the match. LOI's George Buturugã played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cesar Remigio in the 3rd minute of play. In the 5th minute Lyons were awarded a corner. Marcos Berasko went to the cornerflag to take it. Sulo Montaña hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. 21 minutes into the match, LOI's goal looked a bit too open when Cesar Remigio came free, but George Buturugã reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. LOI's Özgür Özbay got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Özgür Özbay in the 27th minute of play forced Lyons's goalkeeper Luisito Quinten to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of LOI booed when Lyons was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andréas Stenkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. George Buturugã showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boleslaw Zielinski, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Lyons made a substitution. Dariusz Roano replaced Andréas Stenkvist. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dariusz Roano made a kick off. Özgür Özbay kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcos Berasko in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg George Buturugã saved LOI from getting behind. Lyons's Severo Basualdo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Bektaş Veli Ülgü, made in the 65th minute of the game. When LOI's Sulo Montaña in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lyons's goalie prevented a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dariusz Roano got free with George Buturugã in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luisito Quinten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Özgür Özbay in the 83rd minute of play. 84 minutes into the game, one of LOI:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. LOI's Tayyip Taylan was substituted for Ahmet Hamdi Ortan. In the 92nd minute, Stig Åkerberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 95 minutes of play, LOI's Özgür Özbay made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luisito Quinten was left in no man's land by his defense there! Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
