When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fred Renteria made a kick off. If Csaba Kossuth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 50th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 51 played minutes U21 Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Csaba Kossuth. Ernie Ball fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Balázs Hujber having to interfere. A hard shot 88 in the game by Tigran Terzian from a close distance when the talented Balázs Hujber managed to make a qualified save. U21 Hungary's players were relieved. In the 91st minute, Károly Cseke left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The U21 Hungary fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3.
