Saverio Erdiano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodoro Pacorro, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Israel Quirce made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jacinto Avellaneda in the 9th minute. Tala AFC's Israel Quirce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiburcio Cucao in the 12th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jacinto Avellaneda got free with Israel Quirce in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 14 minutes, Angel Raulo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tala AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angel Raulo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Teodoro Pacorro came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Tala AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teodoro Pacorro couldn't finish the play. Saverio Erdiano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angel Raulo in the 21st minute of the match. In the 26th minute, Angel Raulo made a precise shot to the right of Saverio Erdiano. Talleres's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 30th minute, Teodoro Pacorro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tala AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 34th minute Tiburcio Cucao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Israel Quirce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jacinto Avellanedas short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Israel Quirce to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Israel Quirce made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jacinto Avellaneda in the 38th minute. When Cornelio Orkatz fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Talleres's protests and gave Cornelio Orkatz a yellow card for diving instead. Angel Raulo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tiburcio Cucao received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Israel Quirce tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th play minute Jacinto Avellaneda came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Israel Quirce. 1-2.

The wind increased when Tiburcio Cucao made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Tiburcio Cucao was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Talleres's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tala AFC the free kick. The supporters of Tala AFC booed when Talleres was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tiburcio Cucao didn't get a good kick on the ball. 59 minutes into the game, Primitivo Ferrando was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Talleres's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tala AFC the free kick. In the 59th match minute, Talleres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Primitivo Ferrando to maneuver through the defense. Angel Raulo was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 60th minute. Tala AFC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 70th minute, Tiburcio Cucao left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Talleres fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacinto Avellaneda in the 72nd minute of play forced Tala AFC's goalkeeper Israel Quirce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Angel Raulo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Tala AFC booed when Talleres was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arturo Egoi didn't get a good kick on the ball.
