Potrero FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cengiz Irmak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After some careless play in the Potrero FC defense, Paşa Kultigin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carolo Birila. The Potrero FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carolo Birila should have stopped the shot. Sümer Karabey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodrigo Handi, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. With his leg Sümer Karabey managed to avoid a goal in the 17thth minute, when Potrero FC's Gilberto Sendoa fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Carolo Birila didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Paşa Kultigin went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. A collision led to Potrero FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Adrian Stephen hit a great ball. In the 23rd minute Paşa Kultigin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carolo Birila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th minute, Paşa Kultigin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dinazorbahçe fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Sümer Karabey didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 32nd minute, which inside left pole to 1-4. Potrero FC's Melchor Jakue got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Disappointed in the 1-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rodrigo Handi made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Osman Ali Mete shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carolo Birila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo Handi in the 55th minute of play forced Dinazorbahçe's goalkeeper Sümer Karabey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Dinazorbahçe defense, Gilberto Sendoa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sümer Karabey. The Dinazorbahçe fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sümer Karabey should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Çakır Suersan during the 59th minute. Rodrigo Handi might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sümer Karabey. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rodrigo Handi ran back to his position shaking his head. Osman Ali Mete hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Dinazorbahçe's zone, Gilberto Sendoa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sümer Karabey came out of the goal and Gilberto Sendoa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Potrero FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Dinazorbahçe were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
