In the 13th minute, Fe Escalona left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Piror FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Oinatz Laje took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lauro Sauca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dimo Dameda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victor Cabanela having to interfere. A collision led to Piror FC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Bilbo Haro hit a great ball. 22 minutes into the game, Lauro Sauca was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Morata's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Piror FC the free kick. Lauro Sauca hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Morata's Victor Cabanela proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Morata from getting a goal against them. Victor Cabanela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dimo Dameda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27th match minute, Morata was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Costante Canosa to maneuver through the defense. If Lauro Sauca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Pablo Barro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Oinatz Laje was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dimo Dameda in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Victor Cabanela saved Morata from getting behind. Sancho Valgoma kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Victor Cabanela made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Fe Escalona sent off a good shot on target. Victor Cabanela stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dimo Dameda's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. Costante Canosa's late challenge caught a Piror FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Costante Canosa helped the player get up and apologised. Costante Canosa kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. If Fe Escalona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Fe Escalona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lauro Sauca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Oinatz Laje tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Pablo Barro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 57th minute Fe Escalona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victor Cabanela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Lauro Sauca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 62 played minutes Morata got a freekick which was hit by Álvaro Infante. Oinatz Laje had great luck who in the 64thth minute grab hold of the ball when Pablo Barro from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Piror FC's Oinatz Laje played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pablo Barro in the 69th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Dimo Dameda put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Victor Cabanela. Lauro Sauca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oinatz Laje came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Morata's Lauro Sauca. But to his dismay, Lauro Sauca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Victor Cabanela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dimo Dameda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dimo Dameda in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Victor Cabanela prevented the ball from getting in the gole. For all the effort they put into the match, the Morata players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Piror FC.
