In the 4th minute Teodoro Pacorro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cipriano Isusko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angel Raulo in the 6th minute of play forced Larsen's goalkeeper Cipriano Isusko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dario Goizeder's late challenge caught a Tala AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dario Goizeder helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Tala AFC booed when Larsen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dario Goizeder didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cipriano Isusko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodoro Pacorro, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Melquiades Sugar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Larsen's Oscar Argoitz got a free kick in the 13th minute. Alejandro Dei struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Cipriano Isusko didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tala AFC. 0-1 became the score in the 16th minute when Teodoro Pacorro elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 24 minutes into the game, Melquiades Sugar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Larsen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tala AFC the free kick. The supporters of Tala AFC booed when Larsen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melquiades Sugar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Angel Raulo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 28 minutes into the match, Teodoro Pacorro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cipriano Isusko. Larsen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Teodoro Pacorro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After having played for 33 minutes, Angel Raulo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tala AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angel Raulo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cipriano Isusko came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Tala AFC's Angel Raulo. But to his dismay, Angel Raulo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Larsen's goalkeeper Cipriano Isusko, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Teodoro Pacorro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cipriano Isusko was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. In the 44th minute, Cecilio Luar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Melquiades Sugar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Israel Quirce tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Teodoro Pacorro made a kick off. Angel Raulo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Larsen fans' excitement grew in the 55th match minute when Larsen's Nestor Ostadar looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Melquiades Sugar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Israel Quirce tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Larsen fans' excitement grew in the 59th match minute when Larsen's Nestor Ostadar looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the match clock showed 67 minutes, the score became 2-4 when Angel Raulo sped through Larsen's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cipriano Isusko. With his leg Cipriano Isusko managed to avoid a goal in the 71stth minute, when Tala AFC's Angel Raulo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 72nd minute Cecilio Luar suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. After 73 played minutes Larsen got a freekick which was hit by Marco Lazcano. Angel Raulo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cipriano Isusko having to interfere. If Teodoro Pacorro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 78 minutes into the game, Angel Raulo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-5. Cipriano Isusko was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Melquiades Sugar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cipriano Isusko was a little too slow when Angel Raulo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 89th minute. The score was now 2-6. After having played for 93 minutes, Melquiades Sugar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Larsen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Melquiades Sugar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cipriano Isusko made an important save on a dangerous shot by Angel Raulo in the 95th minute. Angel Raulo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cipriano Isusko having to make a save. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Tala AFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
