Tudor Sălcudeanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilbert Zawaski having to interfere. Timur Chichko kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 9thth minute. Though ot was a great shot WaHa TeaM's keeper Gilbert Zawaski was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. With his leg Gilbert Zawaski managed to avoid a goal in the 10thth minute, when Феникс Санкт-Петербург's Timur Chichko fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Wal Gola blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Josue Ayala having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wal Gola in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Josue Ayala prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Wal Gola put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Josue Ayala. When Wal Gola came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the WaHa TeaM fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wal Gola couldn't finish the play. Gilbert Zawaski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gennadiy Blatun, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Феникс Санкт-Петербург's goal looked a bit too open when Dumitru Doga came free, but Josue Ayala reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Josue Ayala came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by WaHa TeaM's Wal Gola. But to his dismay, Wal Gola quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. With his leg Gilbert Zawaski managed to avoid a goal in the 36thth minute, when Феникс Санкт-Петербург's Timur Chichko fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 36 minutes into the game, Timur Chichko lined in a short shot 1-2 behind a frustrated Gilbert Zawaski. The supporters of WaHa TeaM booed when Феникс Санкт-Петербург was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osmar Madureira didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Феникс Санкт-Петербург players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. WaHa TeaM were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wal Gola stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Феникс Санкт-Петербург's goalkeeper Josue Ayala, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Феникс Санкт-Петербург's Josue Ayala proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Феникс Санкт-Петербург from getting a goal against them. 63 minutes into the match, Феникс Санкт-Петербург's goalkeeper Josue Ayala had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dumitru Doga.
