Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Murillo Martins made the kick off and thus started the match. 3 minutes into the match, Diamante Negro DK - VV's goal looked a bit too open when Gonçalo Matos came free, but Rogério Ceni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 6th minute Villarreal Ubach shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andres van der Sar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, MONTANHA's Andres van der Sar got control of the ball when Willian Félix tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rogério Ceni stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Murillo Martins's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. 13 minutes into the match, MONTANHA's goalkeeper Andres van der Sar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Willian Félix. MONTANHA's defense didn't have a chance, in the 18th minute, when Hugo Zonta scored to the left of an out of position Andres van der Sar, making the score, 1-0. In the 22nd match minute, MONTANHA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Murillo Martins to maneuver through the defense. Andres van der Sar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Villarreal Ubach in the 23rd minute. After 25 played minutes MONTANHA got a freekick which was hit by Czeslaw Walec. Rogério Ceni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wei Guang Xing in the 29th minute of play. Rogério Ceni came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by MONTANHA's Wei Guang Xing. But to his dismay, Wei Guang Xing quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Rogério Ceni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gonçalo Matos in the 35th minute of the match. MONTANHA were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after Diamante Negro DK - VV's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nilton Montenegro took the corner. Andres van der Sar made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Bonifaco Elenes sent off a good shot on target. Andres van der Sar had in the 44thth minute some difficulties stopping Willian Félix's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Andres van der Sar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Villarreal Ubach in the 55th minute of play. After 57 minutes of play, Diamante Negro DK - VV's Villarreal Ubach made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Andres van der Sar was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 60 played minutes MONTANHA got a freekick which was hit by Benedito Trancoso. If Villarreal Ubach had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Diamante Negro DK - VV's Villarreal Ubach in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye MONTANHA's goalie prevented a goal. 67 minutes into the match, Diamante Negro DK - VV's goalkeeper Rogério Ceni had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gonçalo Matos. Bonifaco Elenes might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Andres van der Sar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bonifaco Elenes ran back to his position shaking his head. Diamante Negro DK - VV's Victor Silva was substituted for Hugo Zonta. Diamante Negro DK - VV made a substitution. Wiliam Perez replaced Villarreal Ubach. Wiliam Perez struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Andres van der Sar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Diamante Negro DK - VV. 78 minutes into the match, MONTANHA's goal looked a bit too open when Wiliam Perez came free, but Andres van der Sar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 79th minute of the match Diamante Negro DK - VV got a corner. MONTANHA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sidney de Queirós ran over to the corner to take the kick. Rogério Ceni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gonçalo Matos in the 84th minute of the match. 85 minutes into the match, MONTANHA's goal looked a bit too open when Wiliam Perez came free, but Andres van der Sar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the MONTANHA defense, Wiliam Perez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Andres van der Sar. The MONTANHA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Andres van der Sar should have stopped the shot. Andres van der Sar came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Diamante Negro DK - VV's Wiliam Perez. But to his dismay, Wiliam Perez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. MONTANHA's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
