In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's goalkeeper Leonardo Da Vinci, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to G.E. Juventus FSCMZ getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Cordario De la Torre hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abelardo Bezerra in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sandro Tepedino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Silvinho da Silveira made in the 16th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's Enio Berger. Tommy Van Elsen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leonardo Da Vinci having to make a save. Don Lalo kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's Enio Berger managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Bebeto Pimenta in the 24 minute of the game. Sandro Tepedino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abelardo Bezerra, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 27th minute Abelardo Bezerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sandro Tepedino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeffrey Van Caels made a great header on G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's corner, it was just that Que se abra o mar's Sandro Tepedino managed to reach the ball for a save. G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's Jeffrey Van Caels quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Silvinho da Silveira, made in the 30th minute of the game. The Que se abra o mar fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sandro Tepedino should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tommy Van Elsen in the 38th minute of play forced G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's goalkeeper Leonardo Da Vinci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the game, Que se abra o mar's Tommy Van Elsen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leonardo Da Vinci made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. After 42 minutes of play, G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's Abelardo Bezerra made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sandro Tepedino was left in no man's land by his defense there! The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

Que se abra o mar's Hayrullah Atikoğlu got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 53rd minute, Tommy Van Elsen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bebeto Pimenta hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. 60 minutes into the game, Abelardo Bezerra cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Sandro Tepedino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 63 minutes, Silvinho da Silveira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Que se abra o mar and the G.E. Juventus FSCMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Silvinho da Silveira kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. When Abelardo Bezerra came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the G.E. Juventus FSCMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abelardo Bezerra couldn't finish the play. In the 65th minute Tommy Van Elsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonardo Da Vinci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, Que se abra o mar's goal looked a bit too open when Abelardo Bezerra came free, but Sandro Tepedino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abelardo Bezerra in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sandro Tepedino saved Que se abra o mar from getting behind. In the 71st minute, Abelardo Bezerra ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sandro Tepedino was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's Achilleas Stefanakis was substituted for Christian Pulisic. In the 76th minute Tato Vega shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonardo Da Vinci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Que se abra o mar's Sandro Tepedino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abelardo Bezerra in the 80th minute of play.
