With a little luck, DIPLOMATA FC PAB's Chico Donato got control of the ball when Murilo Cabral tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Murilo Cabral in the 17th minute of play forced DIPLOMATA FC PAB's goalkeeper Chico Donato to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chico Donato showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Murilo Cabral, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Murilo Cabral to make the kick off. If José Augusto Lara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 61 minutes into the match, DIPLOMATA FC PAB's goal looked a bit too open when Murilo Cabral came free, but Chico Donato reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Murilo Cabral's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Chico Donato was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. Murilo Cabral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chico Donato having to interfere. Yani Shtonov kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. It was beautiful to see DIPLOMATA FC PAB's José Augusto Lara in action when he in the 94th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! The DIPLOMATA FC PAB players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
