Nicolas Romero blasted a shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Grzegorz Siekierski having to make a save. Medero Gadea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Grzegorz Siekierski was a little too slow when Nicolas Romero got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 9th minute. The score was now 1-0. Edin Džeko scored 1-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Yuri Loureiro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nicolas Romero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Grzegorz Siekierski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nicolas Romero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Grzegorz Siekierski made a huge save. In the 25th minute Dominik Piglowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grzegorz Siekierski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the game, GeRaÇãO-83's Edin Džeko nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Yuri Loureiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Yuri Loureiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edin Džeko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yuri Loureiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edin Džeko in the 34th minute of the match. Yuri Loureiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brian Ocampo, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Dominik Piglowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paulinho Ralf hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. After having played for 38 minutes, Nicolas Romero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atlético Minuano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicolas Romero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 42 minutes into the match, GeRaÇãO-83's goal looked a bit too open when Dominik Piglowski came free, but Grzegorz Siekierski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Atlético Minuano's goal looked a bit too open when Muhammadu ibn Abi Bakr came free, but Yuri Loureiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nicolas Romero was the one to do the kick off. Yuri Loureiro came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by GeRaÇãO-83's Medero Gadea. But to his dismay, Medero Gadea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Edin Džeko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Muhammadu ibn Abi Bakr scored 1-4 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Yuri Loureiro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When GeRaÇãO-83's Edin Džeko in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Atlético Minuano's goalie prevented a goal. Nicolas Romero hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. GeRaÇãO-83's Dinei Lendaa was substituted for Muhammadu ibn Abi Bakr. A collision led to Atlético Minuano getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Nicolas Romero hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dominik Piglowski in the 73rd minute of play forced GeRaÇãO-83's goalkeeper Grzegorz Siekierski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 75th minute, Dominik Piglowski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atlético Minuano fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. Atlético Minuano's Waldemar Radziszewski was substituted for Dominik Piglowski. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind GeRaÇãO-83's goalkeeper Grzegorz Siekierski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hílton Coelho kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. After 87 played minutes Atlético Minuano got a freekick which was hit by Hílton Coelho. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched GeRaÇãO-83 eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
