Atlético Minuano's Yuri Loureiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vitinho do Valle in the 2nd minute of play. The A A Arizona fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hu Zhen Hong should have stopped the shot. Quim Cagara kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Lyuboslav Penev blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yuri Loureiro having to make a save. After 16 minutes, Natã Pereira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the A A Arizona and the Atlético Minuano players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Atlético Minuano booed when A A Arizona was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Natã Pereira didn't get a good kick on the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Atlético Minuano's goalkeeper Yuri Loureiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lyuboslav Penev. 25 minutes into the match, A A Arizona's goal looked a bit too open when Dominik Piglowski came free, but Hu Zhen Hong reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yuri Loureiro was a little too slow when Lyuboslav Penev got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 27th minute. The score was now 1-2. After 32 minutes, Elói Mesquita mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the A A Arizona and the Atlético Minuano players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to A A Arizona getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Elói Mesquita hit a great ball. After 34 played minutes A A Arizona got a freekick which was hit by Semi Temizalp. A A Arizona's Hu Zhen Hong played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mathias Ortiz in the 38th minute of play. Yuri Loureiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lyuboslav Penev, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute.

Yuri Loureiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lyuboslav Penev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Lyuboslav Penev fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored A A Arizona's protests and gave Lyuboslav Penev a yellow card for diving instead. In the 61st minute, Lyuboslav Penev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yuri Loureiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Natã Pereira in the 66th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, A A Arizona's Maicon Cavalcante got a free kick in the 67th minute. After 68 played minutes, Atlético Minuano's Nicolas Romero shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Hu Zhen Hong came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Atlético Minuano reached it. Hu Zhen Hong took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mathias Ortiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 75thth minute of the game Nicolas Romero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but A A Arizona's Hu Zhen Hong was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Atlético Minuano's goal looked a bit too open when Natã Pereira came free, but Yuri Loureiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yuri Loureiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lyuboslav Penev went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score.
