Fan Sheng Yang started the match with the kick off. 6 minutes had been played when some careless play by New York CitY CopS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Danny Farmer was slow to take the kick. During this time Harchester United's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Harchester United's Veli Özcam to a score. 1-0 in the 6th minute. 15 minutes into the match, Harchester United's goal looked a bit too open when Isac Stoiciu came free, but Gary Kelly reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Silvano Portillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samuel Farmer in the 16th minute of the match. Harchester United's Gary Kelly played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulises Dominguez in the 20th minute of play. A collision led to New York CitY CopS getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Americo Txilar hit a great ball. Emiliano Fidele could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Silvano Portillo made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Ulises Dominguez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gary Kelly was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Silvano Portillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fan Sheng Yang in the 35th minute of play. After having played for 36 minutes, Ismael Licerio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. New York CitY CopS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ismael Licerio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Silvano Portillo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Samuel Farmer in the 42nd minute.

Harchester United made a substitution. Konstanty Domalik replaced Fan Sheng Yang. The wind increased when Ismael Licerio made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Harchester United's Emiliano Fidele got a free kick in the 57th minute. A collision led to Harchester United getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Gökçek Dural hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Farmer in the 67th minute of play forced New York CitY CopS's goalkeeper Silvano Portillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Silvano Portillo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Konstanty Domalik went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Harchester United made a substitution. Quentin Fawcett replaced Randall Burton. New York CitY CopS's Nicanor Porfirio was substituted for Leopoldo Cesaro. New York CitY CopS made a substitution. Clay Regazzoni did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-2 to the left of a surprised Gary Kelly 89 minutes into the match. Emiliano Fidele received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Silvano Portillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. New York CitY CopS played a much better game than Harchester United and deserved their victory. The Harchester United players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
