Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tobiasz Lichorobiec started the match with the kick off. 5 minutes into the match, New York CitY CopS's goal looked a bit too open when Yevgen Romanenko came free, but Silvano Portillo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. New York CitY CopS's Silvano Portillo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renatinho Catarinense in the 6th minute of play. After 7 minutes, Americo Txilar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the New York CitY CopS and the Philadelphia Union FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 7th minute, Americo Txilar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tobiasz Lichorobiec took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Silvano Portillo. Silvano Portillo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Tobiasz Lichorobiec put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Silvano Portillo. Dmytro Zhak came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by New York CitY CopS's Clay Regazzoni. But to his dismay, Clay Regazzoni quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 24th play minute Tobiasz Lichorobiec came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Silvano Portillo. 3-1. Silvano Portillo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Renatinho Catarinense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd minute, Renatinho Catarinense reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Silvano Portillo. The goal made the score 4-1. After a defensive mix-up in Philadelphia Union FC's zone, Isac Stoiciu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dmytro Zhak came out of the goal and Isac Stoiciu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Isac Stoiciu made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Renatinho Catarinense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvano Portillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 53rd minute Clay Regazzoni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dmytro Zhak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Renatinho Catarinense during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. New York CitY CopS's Silvano Portillo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tobiasz Lichorobiec in the 60th minute of play. Dmytro Zhak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Clay Regazzoni in the 62nd minute. In the 63rd minute, Bernát Bíró made a precise shot to the right of Silvano Portillo. New York CitY CopS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-2. Philadelphia Union FC's Myroslav Zanevskyi was substituted for Tobiasz Lichorobiec. Philadelphia Union FC's Valentyn Boyaryntsev was substituted for Symon Bridnya. Silvano Portillo came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Philadelphia Union FC's Myroslav Zanevskyi. But to his dismay, Myroslav Zanevskyi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Renatinho Catarinense in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Silvano Portillo saved New York CitY CopS from getting behind. 89 minutes into the match, New York CitY CopS's goal looked a bit too open when Myroslav Zanevskyi came free, but Silvano Portillo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd minute Clay Regazzoni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dmytro Zhak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Philadelphia Union FC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
