After some careless play in the de belletrekkers defense, Otto Fesik kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kristiaan Van de Velde. The de belletrekkers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kristiaan Van de Velde should have stopped the shot. In the 23rd minute, Atlético Capixaba's Otto Fesik ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kristiaan Van de Velde. Kristiaan Van de Velde yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Soren Verstappen during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
