Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Eugeniusz Milko started the match with the kick off. R.B Leipzig's Reiner Jakobeit played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paquito Rey in the 6th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Paquito Rey managed to get in a good position for a shot. S.D NARCEA's supporters rose to their feet, but Paquito Rey was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Reiner Jakobeit breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 12 minutes into the match, S.D NARCEA's goal looked a bit too open when Rubén-Darío Bustos came free, but Germán Figueres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Fausto Bucesta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Germán Figueres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto Bucesta in the 17th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Manel Quintanilla managed to get in a good position for a shot. S.D NARCEA's supporters rose to their feet, but Manel Quintanilla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Reiner Jakobeit breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. R.B Leipzig's Reiner Jakobeit proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save R.B Leipzig from getting a goal against them. 23 minutes into the match, Costante Corneja notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of S.D NARCEA's Germán Figueres. Germán Figueres was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Costante Corneja in the 33rd minute of play forced S.D NARCEA's goalkeeper Germán Figueres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 35 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Manel Quintanilla sped through R.B Leipzig's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Reiner Jakobeit. Reiner Jakobeit made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paquito Rey in the 38th minute of play. If Frisco Pascua had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th minute Rubén-Darío Bustos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Germán Figueres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.
Costante Corneja fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Germán Figueres having to interfere. After 62 minutes, Eugeniusz Milko made it 5-1 with a short kick to the right side. R.B Leipzig's Reiner Jakobeit tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Reiner Jakobeit made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manel Quintanilla in the 74th minute of play. Germán Figueres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osoitz Cascajares in the 75th minute of play. Reiner Jakobeit showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Calisto Zaplana, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. R.B Leipzig's Reiner Jakobeit played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugeniusz Milko in the 80th minute of play. After 82 minutes, Eugeniusz Milko made it 6-1 with a short kick to the right side. R.B Leipzig's Reiner Jakobeit tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as R.B Leipzig's Costante Corneja slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Germán Figueres. That made the score 6-2 after 86 minutes of play. In the 90th minute of the match, Costante Corneja tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Germán Figueres saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 94th minute, Eugeniusz Milko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. S.D NARCEA had won after a very even match.
