Luka Jaćimović didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benjamim Urbano went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. If Ivar Lindqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Ivar Lindqvist put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Luka Jaćimović. Luka Jaćimović showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomasz Gacek in the 18th minute of the match. A collision led to El Pibe Academy getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Puniša Mamić hit a great ball. Ivar Lindqvist struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Luka Jaćimović didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stiinta-Univ.. In the 28th minute Maksim Lazarevski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eulalio Urbasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Shi Ming Sheng could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Luka Jaćimović made a huge save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

After a rather tough play, Stiinta-Univ.'s Șerban Rușanu got a free kick in the 97th minute. Eulalio Urbasa was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 98th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Jozo Popara. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Stiinta-Univ. had won after a very even match.
