Čhecos Jrs. were furious when Jan Němeček was red carded, 16 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 15 minutes into the game, one of A.A. Čhecos Jrs.:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Kepa Arrizabalaga had in the 17thth minute some difficulties stopping Albertinho Alagoano's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Albertinho Alagoano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kepa Arrizabalaga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eusebiu Tunar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to -BZF- Petrolul Berca getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Eusebiu Tunar hit a great ball. 24 minutes into the match, A.A. Čhecos Jrs.'s goal looked a bit too open when Eusebiu Tunar came free, but Kepa Arrizabalaga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th match minute, A.A. Čhecos Jrs. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aleksandër Cabrera to maneuver through the defense. Kepa Arrizabalaga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albertinho Alagoano in the 32nd minute of the match. With a little luck, -BZF- Petrolul Berca's Lino Mazza got control of the ball when Adam Wach tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kepa Arrizabalaga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albertinho Alagoano in the 35th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Albertinho Alagoano in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kepa Arrizabalaga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lino Mazza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kryštof Pešl in the 39th minute. Zoltán Petržela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. -BZF- Petrolul Berca's Albertinho Alagoano got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 47th minute, Albertinho Alagoano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A.A. Čhecos Jrs. made a substitution. Erik Lamela replaced Erich Zdražil. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Charalambos Vokolos got free with Kepa Arrizabalaga in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
