With an all-out effort, Barrio Norte FC's Elano Prestes threw himself towards the right post 6 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Hao Jian Yuan, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The supporters of Barrio Norte FC booed when Black-White MH was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fan Yang didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Black-White MH's Elano Prestes got control of the ball when Victor Hugo Pinilla tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Barrio Norte FC's Karlos Bravo in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A collision led to Barrio Norte FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Hao Jian Yuan hit a great ball. Valentin Ospetsu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severino Di Giovanni, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. The audience was convinced that Severino Di Giovanni's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Valentin Ospetsu was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. In the 41st minute of the match Black-White MH got a corner. Barrio Norte FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tekin Erbelgin ran over to the corner to take the kick. Elano Prestes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ofelio Galván, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. The corner led Barrio Norte FC's Victor Hugo Pinilla to fire away a dangerous shot which Elano Prestes despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 46th match minute, Black-White MH was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cheng Chuan Yi to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 47 minutes, Elano Prestes successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cengiz Zorbey to strike the kick off in the second half. Valentin Ospetsu made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Sigvard Åkesson sent off a good shot on target. Barrio Norte FC's Calvin Bessone was substituted for Karlos Bravo. Barrio Norte FC's Osvaldo Frutos was substituted for Ofelio Galván. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hao Jian Yuan in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elano Prestes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Elano Prestes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvaldo Frutos in the 70th minute of the match. In the 74th match minute, Barrio Norte FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edilberto Aballay to maneuver through the defense. Black-White MH's Çelikan Onay was substituted for Arif Nihat Tekke. After 76 played minutes Barrio Norte FC got a freekick which was hit by Edilberto Aballay. Valentin Ospetsu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sigvard Åkesson in the 78th minute of the match. A collision led to Black-White MH getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Ahmet Arif Savgat hit a great ball. Valentin Ospetsu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severino Di Giovanni in the 81st minute of play. With a little luck, Barrio Norte FC's Valentin Ospetsu got control of the ball when Riho Põldmaa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Osvaldo Frutos scored 2-1 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Elano Prestes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
