The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 4 played minutes ☠QUINTERO☠ got a freekick which was hit by Vicente Searle. After having played for 5 minutes, Valdomiro Penha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bitelon FC - SAF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valdomiro Penha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Bitelon FC - SAF booed when ☠QUINTERO☠ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Ángel Zúñiga didn't get a good kick on the ball. 16 minutes into the match, ☠QUINTERO☠'s goal looked a bit too open when Fiori Reis came free, but Leovigildo Zambrano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Candido Alba came free with the goalkeeper in the 17th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Faustão Prado could save by the left post. With a little luck, Bitelon FC - SAF's Faustão Prado got control of the ball when Florencio Martens tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 25th minute, ☠QUINTERO☠'s Próspero Ruiz Tagle seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Próspero Ruiz Tagle the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of ☠QUINTERO☠ protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Próspero Ruiz Tagle had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in ☠QUINTERO☠ fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 24th minute. Penalty! Leovigildo Zambrano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruninho Quadros in the 27th minute of play. In the 35th minute Enéas Soeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leovigildo Zambrano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Róbson Cardoso struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Leovigildo Zambrano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bitelon FC - SAF. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 51st minute, Enéas Soeiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bitelon FC - SAF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Ricart Olmos kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. In the 55th minute, Valdomiro Penha sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and ☠QUINTERO☠'s Leovigildo Zambrano didn't even have to move. In the 58th minute, Miguel Ángel Zúñiga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leovigildo Zambrano made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Valdomiro Penha sent off a good shot on target. 60 minutes into the game, Percy Antunes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bitelon FC - SAF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ☠QUINTERO☠ the free kick. In the 60th minute, Percy Antunes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 61st minute Candido Alba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Faustão Prado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Róbson Cardoso notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of ☠QUINTERO☠'s Leovigildo Zambrano. Leovigildo Zambrano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Bitelon FC - SAF fans' excitement grew in the 70th match minute when Bitelon FC - SAF's Enéas Soeiro looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. ☠QUINTERO☠'s Leovigildo Zambrano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fiori Reis in the 75th minute of play. When Enéas Soeiro came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Bitelon FC - SAF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enéas Soeiro couldn't finish the play. When the final whistle sounded Bitelon FC - SAF left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than ☠QUINTERO☠.
