The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. ☠QUINTERO☠'s Leovigildo Zambrano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save ☠QUINTERO☠ from getting a goal against them. In the 17th minute, Lupere FC - DMZ's Gonçalo Baptista ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Leovigildo Zambrano. Leovigildo Zambrano yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 20th match minute, ☠QUINTERO☠ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelino Báez to maneuver through the defense. When Zé Augusto Mineiro came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Lupere FC - DMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zé Augusto Mineiro couldn't finish the play. Walmir Leme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florencio Martens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gonçalo Baptista got free with Leovigildo Zambrano in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florencio Martens in the 27th minute of play forced Lupere FC - DMZ's goalkeeper Walmir Leme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcelino Báez kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, ☠QUINTERO☠'s Próspero Ruiz Tagle got a free kick in the 29th minute. Leovigildo Zambrano made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Jardel Guimarães sent off a good shot on target. After 39 minutes, Próspero Ruiz Tagle mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ☠QUINTERO☠ and the Lupere FC - DMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 38th minute, one of ☠QUINTERO☠:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for ☠QUINTERO☠. When the match had been going on for 40 minutes, Lupere FC - DMZ's Jardel Guimarães got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Leovigildo Zambrano. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Candido Alba to strike the kick off in the second half. Zé Augusto Mineiro scored 3-0 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leovigildo Zambrano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The ☠QUINTERO☠ fans' excitement grew in the 60th match minute when ☠QUINTERO☠'s Florencio Martens looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Jardel Guimarães kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, ☠QUINTERO☠'s Marcelino Báez got a free kick in the 73rd minute. ☠QUINTERO☠ made a substitution. Visen Garrido replaced Ricart Olmos. Jardel Guimarães, 75 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. With a little luck, Lupere FC - DMZ's Walmir Leme got control of the ball when Candido Alba tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zé Augusto Mineiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leovigildo Zambrano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Durvalino Ortiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vicente Searle hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. In the 84th minute of the match Jardel Guimarães shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Leovigildo Zambrano showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 87th match minute, ☠QUINTERO☠ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remicio Cancino to maneuver through the defense. In the 88th minute, Marcelino Báez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 92 played minutes Lupere FC - DMZ got a freekick which was hit by Antônio Xavier. Walmir Leme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florencio Martens, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Lupere FC - DMZ were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of ☠QUINTERO☠ for a fine match.
