When Próspero Ruiz Tagle fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ☠QUINTERO☠'s protests and gave Próspero Ruiz Tagle a yellow card for diving instead. Próspero Ruiz Tagle kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Candido Alba charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Candido Alba the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 7 minutes into the match, Templars FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ricart Olmos came free, but Dylan Pizzuto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th minute, Neil Debono hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ricart Olmos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Dylan Pizzuto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leovigildo Zambrano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mark Montebello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomasino Trujillo charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tomasino Trujillo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 31 played minutes ☠QUINTERO☠ got a freekick which was hit by Tomasino Trujillo. Leovigildo Zambrano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mark Montebello in the 33rd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Templars FC defense, Florencio Martens kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dylan Pizzuto. The Templars FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dylan Pizzuto should have stopped the shot. Leovigildo Zambrano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Peter Degiorgio in the 38th minute. Vicente Searle kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. With a little luck, ☠QUINTERO☠'s Leovigildo Zambrano got control of the ball when Mark Cuschieri tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Templars FC booed when ☠QUINTERO☠ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Ángel Zúñiga didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Templars FC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Adam Aquilina hit a great ball. Dylan Pizzuto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florencio Martens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mark Montebello to strike the kick off in the second half. Leovigildo Zambrano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mark Montebello, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Adam Aquilina kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the match, Templars FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ricart Olmos came free, but Dylan Pizzuto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Liam Rolè took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leovigildo Zambrano. Leovigildo Zambrano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 70th match minute, ☠QUINTERO☠ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remicio Cancino to maneuver through the defense. Leovigildo Zambrano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mark Cuschieri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 75 played minutes ☠QUINTERO☠ got a freekick which was hit by Vicente Searle. In the 76th match minute, ☠QUINTERO☠ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vicente Searle to maneuver through the defense. If Adam Aquilina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gilbert Camenzuli kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Florencio Martens, 85 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Mark Montebello took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leovigildo Zambrano. Leovigildo Zambrano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Próspero Ruiz Tagle lost his temper 95 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 95th minute, one of ☠QUINTERO☠:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for ☠QUINTERO☠. When the referee ended the match the Templars FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
