The Gala fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 22 minutes, Toto Tualasamony made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. La gloriosa Acade's Joost Kindermans tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 25th minute, Toto Tualasamony got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in La gloriosa Acade's zone, Alberto Di Blasio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joost Kindermans came out of the goal and Alberto Di Blasio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Gala's Suryo Zaelani got control of the ball when Vicente Bertran tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 85th minute Toto Tualasamony shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joost Kindermans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Suryo Zaelani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonid Polovkov in the 91st minute of the match. Joost Kindermans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ucok Baba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Gala players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
