TAQUARI FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Juventus EC the free kick. In the 12th match minute, TAQUARI FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Igor Tinoco to maneuver through the defense. Tomm Thys, 12 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 14th minute of the game. One of TAQUARI FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Juventus EC:s goal. The referee gave Juventus EC a penalty, 16 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Walmyr Loyola, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of TAQUARI FC's Rodolfo Salgado. 0-1. 31 minutes into the game, Walmyr Loyola cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Rodolfo Salgado was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 35 minutes into the match, TAQUARI FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leopoldo Perez came free, but Rodolfo Salgado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bilbo Arzube showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilton Vale in the 38th minute of the match. After 38 played minutes Juventus EC got a freekick which was hit by Fran Yeste. Juventus EC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 40th minute, when Wilton Vale scored to the left of an out of position Bilbo Arzube, making the score, 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rosendo Gervaso to make the kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Wilton Vale notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Juventus EC's Bilbo Arzube. Bilbo Arzube was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rodolfo Salgado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leopoldo Perez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 73 minutes into the match, TAQUARI FC's goalkeeper Rodolfo Salgado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nilson Leite. In the 74th minute, Wilton Vale ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bilbo Arzube was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. TAQUARI FC's Erasmo Gaspar was substituted for Ernani Souto. TAQUARI FC made a substitution. Giannis Karagiotis replaced Valer Covaliu. TAQUARI FC's Yoel Alfaro was substituted for Bernard Letourneau. Thanks to some nice moves Fran Yeste could shoot a difficult shot in the 85th minute, which Rodolfo Salgado however easily saved by the left post. Gu Xiao Hai hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Bilbo Arzube showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pabla Zuniga, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Rodolfo Salgado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fran Yeste in the 98th minute of play. The corner led Juventus EC's Tomm Thys to fire away a dangerous shot which Rodolfo Salgado despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. TAQUARI FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Juventus EC for a fine match.
