In the 5th minute Yenal Tanır shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vassilis Nentakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 5 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Raimundo Espírito Santo sped through S.E. Pindorama Eagles's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vassilis Nentakis. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lionel-Andrés Messi got free with Armando Gazza in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvaldinho Messias in the 11th minute of play forced S.E. Pindorama Eagles's goalkeeper Vassilis Nentakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Yenal Tanır came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Juventus PTM fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yenal Tanır couldn't finish the play. S.E. Pindorama Eagles's Vassilis Nentakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osvaldinho Messias in the 15th minute of play. 17 minutes into the game, Yenal Tanır cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Vassilis Nentakis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Vassilis Nentakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yenal Tanır in the 23rd minute of play. Vassilis Nentakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alex Acatincăi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vassilis Nentakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raimundo Espírito Santo, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. With his leg Armando Gazza managed to avoid a goal in the 27thth minute, when S.E. Pindorama Eagles's Lionel-Andrés Messi fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. S.E. Pindorama Eagles's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lionel-Andrés Messi in the 28th minute. Lionel-Andrés Messi made a great header on S.E. Pindorama Eagles's corner, it was just that Juventus PTM's Armando Gazza managed to reach the ball for a save. The attack was good, but when Ştefan Magheran in the 29th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. 34 minutes into the game, Yenal Tanır cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Vassilis Nentakis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Juventus PTM getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Alex Acatincăi hit a great ball. S.E. Pindorama Eagles's Inácio Ponta was substituted for Juvenal Antunes. After a rather tough play, Juventus PTM's Alex Acatincăi got a free kick in the 40th minute. Armando Gazza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ştefan Magheran in the 41st minute of play. Vassilis Nentakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yenal Tanır, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Pindorama Eagles's Vassilis Nentakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yenal Tanır in the 57th minute of play. Pindorama Eagles's goal looked a bit too open when Raimundo Espírito Santo came free, but Vassilis Nentakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pindorama Eagles's Ştefan Magheran got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Juventus PTM's Petre Mitică was substituted for Vidar Albäck. Armando Gazza came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by S.E. Pindorama Eagles's Ştefan Magheran. But to his dismay, Ştefan Magheran quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Armando Gazza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Vasquez, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. A throw-in in the 76th minute of the game was made by Cristinel Mihalcea with Osvaldinho Messias as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 78th minute Ferdinand Honcioiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vassilis Nentakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luis Vasquez took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Armando Gazza. Armando Gazza dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Vasquez in the 84th minute of play forced Juventus PTM's goalkeeper Armando Gazza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yenal Tanır could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Vassilis Nentakis made a huge save. With a little luck, S.E. Pindorama Eagles's Vassilis Nentakis got control of the ball when Ferdinand Honcioiu tried to sneak it across the goal line.
