A collision led to Rapsodas Red Devils FC getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Leonardo Colmenares hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Themis Papadimoulis in the 6th minute of play forced Rapsodas Red Devils FC's goalkeeper Ferenc Tököli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ferenc Tököli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Themis Papadimoulis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonatan Lekberg kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. With a little luck, VfL Bad Nenndorf's Lucrețiu Brătescu got control of the ball when Jorrin Briones tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in VfL Bad Nenndorf's zone, Jorrin Briones stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucrețiu Brătescu came out of the goal and Jorrin Briones tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lv Kun Liang made in the 22nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Albert Camus. Ferenc Tököli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Themis Papadimoulis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 25 minutes Rapsodas Red Devils FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Zsolt Székely who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on VfL Bad Nenndorf's corner Róbert Štriker fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ferenc Tököli quite easily take care of the ball. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by Rapsodas Red Devils FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Zsolt Székely was slow to take the kick. During this time VfL Bad Nenndorf's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Boubacar Otabo heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After a rather tough play, VfL Bad Nenndorf's Jonatan Lekberg got a free kick in the 30th minute. In the 36th minute, Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Jorrin Briones ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lucrețiu Brătescu. Lucrețiu Brătescu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. In the 41st match minute, Rapsodas Red Devils FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcus Olsson to maneuver through the defense. Ferenc Tököli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Róbert Štriker in the 44th minute of play. After the first half VfL Bad Nenndorf were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Themis Papadimoulis to make the kick off. Ferenc Tököli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Themis Papadimoulis, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Ferenc Tököli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Boubacar Otabo in the 71st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Themis Papadimoulis got free with Ferenc Tököli in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Rapsodas Red Devils FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. When the final whistle sounded VfL Bad Nenndorf left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Rapsodas Red Devils FC.
