Ruben Mannie made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Filiberto Txordon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 14 minutes into the match, Nunez Furtado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Evelio Acosta. Amboy FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nunez Furtado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 17th minute, Teobaldo Guillen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Mateo Paio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Evelio Acosta. That made the score 2-1 in the 20 minute of play. After a rather tough play, AKDmicos FC's Salvador Galoer got a free kick in the 27th minute. After a rather tough play, Amboy FC's Eugenio Sendoa got a free kick in the 29th minute. With 31 minutes on the clock, Eugenio Sendoa commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Eugenio Sendoa hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. After having played for 32 minutes, Damian Evangelista managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AKDmicos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damian Evangelista was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nunez Furtado got free with Evelio Acosta in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 39th minute, Atilano Fidencio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ruben Mannie was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The crowd rose to their feet as Atilano Fidencio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ruben Mannie. That made the score 2-3 in the 59 minute of play. 65 minutes into the game, Nunez Furtado cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-3. Evelio Acosta was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 69 minutes into the match, Salvador Galoer notched a goal, 4-3, to the right of Amboy FC's Evelio Acosta. Evelio Acosta was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ruben Mannie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Atilano Fidencio, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Nunez Furtado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evelio Acosta having to interfere. If Mateo Paio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Domingos Pasqual blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ruben Mannie having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nunez Furtado in the 82nd minute of play forced Amboy FC's goalkeeper Evelio Acosta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nunez Furtado took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Evelio Acosta. Evelio Acosta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-3. In the 88th match minute, AKDmicos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mateo Paio to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Salvador Galoer in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Evelio Acosta prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. AKDmicos FC had won after a very even match.
