After 5 played minutes Alzaga FC got a freekick which was hit by Apolo Cordarryl. In the 10th match minute, Cable a Tierra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reynaldo Lauren to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Cable a Tierra defense, Emanuel Kinsen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amador Arias. The Cable a Tierra fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amador Arias should have stopped the shot. 14 minutes into the game, Severo Gilen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alzaga FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cable a Tierra the free kick. In the 14th match minute, Alzaga FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severo Gilen to maneuver through the defense. Amador Arias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuel Kinsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 19th minute, Severo Gilen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 25 minutes into the match, Alzaga FC's goalkeeper Jorge Nesto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cosme Turi. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelo Erauso in the 29th minute of play forced Alzaga FC's goalkeeper Jorge Nesto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Cable a Tierra booed when Alzaga FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tiburcio Quintun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Angelo Erauso struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Jorge Nesto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cable a Tierra. In the 38th minute, Severo Gilen made a precise shot to the right of Amador Arias. Cable a Tierra's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. 42 minutes into the game, Emanuel Kinsen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Amador Arias was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match clock showed 44 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Emanuel Kinsen sped through Cable a Tierra's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Amador Arias. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Emanuel Kinsen to make the kick off. In the 58th minute of the match, Severo Gilen tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Amador Arias saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Alzaga FC's Jorge Nesto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cosme Turi in the 62nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Angelo Erauso during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Angelo Erauso hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Jorge Nesto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Cordarryl in the 69th minute of play. In the 72nd minute Apolo Cordarryl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amador Arias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jorge Nesto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cosme Turi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rodolfo Hodei's late challenge caught a Alzaga FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rodolfo Hodei helped the player get up and apologised. Rodolfo Hodei hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. In the 78th minute, Rodolfo Hodei hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 81st minute, Federico Frisco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jorge Nesto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelo Erauso in the 83rd minute of the match. In the 90th match minute, Cable a Tierra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximino Timo to maneuver through the defense. 91 minutes into the match, Cable a Tierra's goalkeeper Amador Arias had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emanuel Kinsen. After 93 minutes of play Cable a Tierra's Angelo Erauso was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 94th minute, Angelo Erauso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alzaga FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
