Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Claudio Quiroga in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Patryk Olejarz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 7 minutes had been played when some careless play by INTER Sosnowiec's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Modestio Cañucal was slow to take the kick. During this time Monitor Huáscar's players had a chance to rest. Monitor Huáscar's Apostol Sokolov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alekos Voreadis in the 15th minute of play. Apostol Sokolov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bror Nordstedt in the 18th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Monitor Huáscar's goal looked a bit too open when Alekos Voreadis came free, but Apostol Sokolov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute, Bror Nordstedt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Apostol Sokolov was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 28 minutes in the game Traian Băsescu did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Rene Kreiser. Apostol Sokolov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ethan Mbappè, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 35 minutes into the match, INTER Sosnowiec's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Fallabes came free, but Patryk Olejarz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute, Claudio Quiroga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 43 minutes, Claudio Quiroga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Monitor Huáscar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Claudio Quiroga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Claudio Quiroga got free with Patryk Olejarz in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After the first half INTER Sosnowiec were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Claudio Quiroga to strike the kick off in the second half. Monitor Huáscar made a substitution. Bernardinho Bala replaced Paulo Fallabes. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardinho Bala in the 69th minute of play forced INTER Sosnowiec's goalkeeper Patryk Olejarz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Monitor Huáscar's Apostol Sokolov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bror Nordstedt in the 75th minute of play. Patryk Olejarz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nazario Arechavala, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Patryk Olejarz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudio Quiroga in the 86th minute of play. INTER Sosnowiec's Klement Zachemski was substituted for Alekos Voreadis. INTER Sosnowiec's Marian Moizuk was substituted for Boleslaw Kajfasz. A throw-in in the 90th minute of the game was made by Alfred Wietrzychowski with Ethan Mbappè as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 93 minutes into the game, Bror Nordstedt recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Apostol Sokolov. Bror Nordstedt showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2.
