The supporters of Club Athletico Paulistano booed when Cestarolli FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olavo Capixaba didn't get a good kick on the ball. 7 minutes into the match, Cestarolli FC's Abdelbassir Cestarolli sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Acácio Lara narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Acácio Lara came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Cestarolli FC's Abdelbassir Cestarolli. But to his dismay, Abdelbassir Cestarolli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Reynaldo Cestarolli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafinha Trancoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Acácio Lara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdelbassir Cestarolli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cestarolli FC's Reynaldo Cestarolli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafinha Trancoso in the 14th minute of play. Reynaldo Cestarolli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafinha Trancoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé Paulo de Senna in the 17th minute of play forced Cestarolli FC's goalkeeper Reynaldo Cestarolli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Acácio Lara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdelbassir Cestarolli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Acácio Lara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdelbassir Cestarolli, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. A nice corner shot did that Roberto-Carlos Håland got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Reynaldo Cestarolli quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 34th match minute, Cestarolli FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ryan Cestarolli to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 35 minutes, Agnaldo Mattos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Athletico Paulistano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Agnaldo Mattos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Abdelbassir Cestarolli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 40 minutes into the game, Fabinho dos Santos recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Reynaldo Cestarolli. Fabinho dos Santos showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. 46 minutes into the match, Cestarolli FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fabinho dos Santos came free, but Reynaldo Cestarolli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 47th minute Abdelbassir Cestarolli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Acácio Lara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abdelbassir Cestarolli stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Olavo Capixaba hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Cestarolli FC's Olavo Capixaba quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Agnaldo Mattos, made in the 54th minute of the game. Acácio Lara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdelbassir Cestarolli in the 55th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abdelbassir Cestarolli in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Acácio Lara prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Reynaldo Cestarolli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafinha Trancoso in the 58th minute of play. Reynaldo Cestarolli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabinho dos Santos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abdelbassir Cestarolli got free with Acácio Lara in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cestarolli FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jefferson de Mendonça in the 64th minute. The corner led Cestarolli FC's Ademir Cestarolli to fire away a dangerous shot which Acácio Lara despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Olavo Capixaba hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Luizão Saldanha was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 70 minutes into the match. 69 minutes into the game, one of Cestarolli FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Club Athletico Paulistano a penalty, 71 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Agnaldo Mattos, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Cestarolli FC's Reynaldo Cestarolli. 2-2. Cestarolli FC's Paulo Cestarolli was substituted for Ademir Cestarolli. 81 minutes into the game, Rafinha Trancoso cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Reynaldo Cestarolli was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cestarolli FC made a substitution. Bebeto Cestarolli replaced Abdelbassir Cestarolli. Thanks to some nice moves Jefferson de Mendonça could shoot a difficult shot in the 85th minute, which Acácio Lara however easily saved by the left post. Acácio Lara made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sixto Felipo in the 89th minute. In the 93rd play minute Sixto Felipo came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Acácio Lara. 3-3. After 97 played minutes Cestarolli FC got a freekick which was hit by Jefferson de Mendonça.
