The audience was convinced that Mugur Chiriac's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Romeo Veremundo was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. King Of The Jungle's defense didn't have a chance, in the 16th minute, when Mugur Chiriac scored to the left of an out of position Romeo Veremundo, making the score, 1-0. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Pankracy Glogowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alfonso Goicoechea came free with the goalkeeper in the 24th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Romeo Veremundo could save by the left post. After 27 minutes of play, King Of The Jungle's Lev Postupalenko made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pankracy Glogowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Romeo Veremundo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mugur Chiriac in the 29th minute of the match. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Pankracy Glogowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. King Of The Jungle were awarded a corner in the 35th minute after Club Atlético Atlanta's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Fritz Larsson took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Fritz Larsson got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Pankracy Glogowski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 37th minute, Lev Postupalenko made a precise shot to the right of Pankracy Glogowski. Club Atlético Atlanta's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. 41 minutes into the game, Alfonso Goicoechea recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Romeo Veremundo. Alfonso Goicoechea showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. Anselmo Nevada fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romeo Veremundo having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lev Postupalenko made a kick off. In the 59th minute, Alfonso Goicoechea left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Atlético Atlanta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Lev Postupalenko struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Pankracy Glogowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for King Of The Jungle. Romeo Veremundo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfonso Goicoechea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Club Atlético Atlanta's Benigno Abreu was substituted for Remigio Erramu. The supporters of Club Atlético Atlanta booed when King Of The Jungle was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aykut Sakman didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match clock showed 69 minutes, the score became 4-2 when Alfonso Goicoechea sped through King Of The Jungle's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Romeo Veremundo. Lev Postupalenko's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pankracy Glogowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Romeo Veremundo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfonso Goicoechea, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Club Atlético Atlanta from getting a goal against them. 81 minutes into the match, Lev Postupalenko had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pankracy Glogowski. Club Atlético Atlanta's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lev Postupalenko was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-3. 庄悦延 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Pankracy Glogowski made a huge save. The corner ended in Fritz Larsson almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski did a great save. In the 88thth minute of the game Atabek Hadi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A nice corner shot did that Batıkan Erdem got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Pankracy Glogowski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Club Atlético Atlanta walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
