The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Frits Heinel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anton Bârsan in the 4th minute. In the 5th minute Eraldo Fantini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesare Cardillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Frits Heinel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Modesto Amor in the 11th minute of the match. In the 14thth minute of the game Anton Bârsan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Palestra14's Frits Heinel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Eraldo Fantini came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Palestra14 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eraldo Fantini couldn't finish the play. Frits Heinel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anton Bârsan in the 18th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Lechuguitas F.C.'s Amancio Clodio got a free kick in the 25th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Lechuguitas F.C.'s Anton Bârsan slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Frits Heinel. That made the score 2-0 after 29 minutes of play. Palestra14's Frits Heinel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Palestra14 from getting a goal against them. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Palestra14's goalkeeper Frits Heinel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lechuguitas F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Florentino Nabar in the 38th minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Palestra14's goalie and right to Modesto Amor. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Palestra14's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Anton Bârsan put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Frits Heinel. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anton Bârsan to strike the kick off in the second half. Frits Heinel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anton Bârsan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Frits Heinel didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Lechuguitas F.C.'s Anton Bârsan shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 4-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Frits Heinel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anton Bârsan in the 82nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Lechuguitas F.C.'s Arnulfo Tercero got a free kick in the 83rd minute. 85 minutes into the match, Palestra14's goal looked a bit too open when Anton Bârsan came free, but Frits Heinel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Anton Bârsan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Anton Bârsan struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Frits Heinel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lechuguitas F.C.. After 93 minutes Palestra14's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Florentino Nabar who took care of the corner kick. When Anton Bârsan came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Lechuguitas F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anton Bârsan couldn't finish the play. In the 95th match minute, Lechuguitas F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnulfo Tercero to maneuver through the defense. When the referee ended the match the Lechuguitas F.C. players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
