Spectators: 51 (Terracing: 39, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Damazy Joks got the match started through his kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Fundação Marques dos Reis's zone, Nicolas Hemeleers stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yao Bin Yun came out of the goal and Nicolas Hemeleers tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Taras Romanchuk in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gigel Botescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The throw-in from Du Guang Peng in the 14th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by KS Olimpia Warszawa's Leon Mleczewski. KS Olimpia Warszawa's Walery Glapiak quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Filipe Viveiros, made in the 15th minute of the game. KS Olimpia Warszawa's Leon Mleczewski quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Du Guang Peng, made in the 21st minute of the game. Yao Bin Yun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Damazy Joks's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. 28 minutes into the match, KS Olimpia Warszawa's goal looked a bit too open when Alexandre Pacheco came free, but Gigel Botescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fundação Marques dos Reis were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after KS Olimpia Warszawa's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Wesly Goemyne took the corner. The corner ended in Wesly Goemyne almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but KS Olimpia Warszawa's Gigel Botescu did a great save. KS Olimpia Warszawa's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Damazy Joks in the 35th minute. The corner led KS Olimpia Warszawa's Damazy Joks to fire away a dangerous shot which Yao Bin Yun despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damazy Joks in the 40th minute of play forced Fundação Marques dos Reis's goalkeeper Yao Bin Yun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 44 minutes, Walery Glapiak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KS Olimpia Warszawa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Walery Glapiak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Fundação Marques dos Reis's Dallas Dalglish was substituted for Wesly Goemyne. KS Olimpia Warszawa's Gigel Botescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save KS Olimpia Warszawa from getting a goal against them. In the 66th minute Damazy Joks shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yao Bin Yun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damazy Joks blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yao Bin Yun having to make a save. Yao Bin Yun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damazy Joks in the 70th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alexandre Pacheco got free with Gigel Botescu in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Taras Romanchuk in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gigel Botescu saved KS Olimpia Warszawa from getting behind. KS Olimpia Warszawa's Zhu Cheng Guo was substituted for Fabiano Carneiro. Yao Bin Yun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damazy Joks in the 82nd minute of play. KS Olimpia Warszawa's Gigel Botescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Taras Romanchuk in the 85th minute of play. Taras Romanchuk might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gigel Botescu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Taras Romanchuk ran back to his position shaking his head. Gigel Botescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Taras Romanchuk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Fundação Marques dos Reis booed when KS Olimpia Warszawa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Piotr Kawa didn't get a good kick on the ball. KS Olimpia Warszawa made a substitution. Lachezar Tetevenski replaced Hektor Fitrakis. A collision led to Fundação Marques dos Reis getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Taras Romanchuk hit a great ball. Yao Bin Yun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sharma Sharma in the 98th minute of play.

After resting during the break, the players from both teams went out on the field looking very concentrated. It was now first half of the overtime. Sharma Sharma made the kick off and play began. 109 minutes into the match, KS Olimpia Warszawa's Sharma Sharma sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yao Bin Yun narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 114th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fundação Marques dos Reis's goalkeeper Yao Bin Yun, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dallas Dalglish fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 115th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gigel Botescu having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sharma Sharma in the 117th minute of play forced Fundação Marques dos Reis's goalkeeper Yao Bin Yun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Both sets of players were looking tired when the whistle went to end the half. Everyone was pleased to get a few minutes to rest before extra-time resumed.

The players still looked rather fresh even though it was time for second half of the overtime. Taras Romanchuk did a quick kick off. A sloppy throw-in by Leon Mleczewski in the 124th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Fundação Marques dos Reis's Du Guang Peng. Fundação Marques dos Reis's Taras Romanchuk got a good chance for a goal in the 128th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Leon Mleczewski made in the 131st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Fundação Marques dos Reis's Du Guang Peng. In the 132nd minute, Sharma Sharma left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KS Olimpia Warszawa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. KS Olimpia Warszawa's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
