In the 6th minute Patrik De Roost shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stefan Czeszyk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, SζλR∃ ∀Γ∀Γ ♥'s goalkeeper Stefan Czeszyk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adrián-Daniel Dobre. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Moise Bobeanu in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lyle Coppack prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Adrián-Daniel Dobre could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Stefan Czeszyk made a huge save. Eden Hazard hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. 40 minutes into the game, Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's Mihăiţă Stolniceanu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Stefan Czeszyk made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Stefan Czeszyk made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Adrián-Daniel Dobre sent off a good shot on target. Lyle Coppack showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moise Bobeanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luiz Fábio Guimarães stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Moise Bobeanu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Moise Bobeanu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Lyle Coppack made a huge save. 57 minutes into the match, SζλR∃ ∀Γ∀Γ ♥'s goal looked a bit too open when Fábio Vieira came free, but Stefan Czeszyk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adrián-Daniel Dobre during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Adrián-Daniel Dobre hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Hüseyin Cahit Yanıker kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lyle Coppack. That made the score 1-1 in the 66 minute of play. Stefan Czeszyk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ediberto de Queirós in the 71st minute of the match. A collision led to SζλR∃ ∀Γ∀Γ ♥ getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Andy Västberg hit a great ball. Lyle Coppack came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by SζλR∃ ∀Γ∀Γ ♥'s Moise Bobeanu. But to his dismay, Moise Bobeanu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Eden Hazard made in the 88th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's Fábio Vieira. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carlos Mei in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stefan Czeszyk saved SζλR∃ ∀Γ∀Γ ♥ from getting behind. Luiz Fábio Guimarães kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Lyle Coppack showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moise Bobeanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's Lyle Coppack played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moise Bobeanu in the 95th minute of play. Hüseyin Cahit Yanıker's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 96thth minute, Lyle Coppack skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal.
The SζλR∃ ∀Γ∀Γ ♥ supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing SζλR∃ ∀Γ∀Γ ♥ would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
