Joonatan Schols didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for T H F C. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timmy Siggman in the 22nd minute of play forced T H F C's goalkeeper Luke Bush to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Internacional Pechofrío getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Quexal Avina hit a great ball. In the 28th minute of the match T H F C got a corner. Internacional Pechofrío's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Donny Beckwith ran over to the corner to take the kick. Timmy Siggman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luke Bush read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. When Enzo Portochao came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Internacional Pechofrío fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enzo Portochao couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Timmy Siggman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Internacional Pechofrío's supporters rose to their feet, but Timmy Siggman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luke Bush breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After a rather tough play, Internacional Pechofrío's Adolfo Etxahun got a free kick in the 52nd minute. The supporters of T H F C booed when Internacional Pechofrío was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Caio Paraense didn't get a good kick on the ball. T H F C made a substitution. Ged Pope replaced Matt Friend. In the 56th minute, Caio Paraense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Timmy Siggman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luke Bush having to interfere. After having played for 78 minutes, Timmy Siggman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Internacional Pechofrío's supporters crossed their fingers, but Timmy Siggman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Joonatan Schols took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lee Walton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Su Qian Cheng's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luke Bush was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. Luke Bush showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Su Qian Cheng in the 85th minute of the match. In the 87th minute, Kristopher Cavanagh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ged Pope in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joonatan Schols saved Internacional Pechofrío from getting behind. After 91 played minutes T H F C got a freekick which was hit by Ronan Sugden. Quexal Avina kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. The T H F C supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Internacional Pechofrío's performance. The match ended with a win for Internacional Pechofrío.
