One of Diablos Rojos:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of STORM CORNER F.C.:s goal. Samuel Stabbe had in the 45thth minute some difficulties stopping Cesare Silvestre's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lin Peng Tian in the 47th minute of play forced Diablos Rojos's goalkeeper Samuel Stabbe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sebastian Tarchilă to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Lin Peng Tian managed to get in a good position for a shot. STORM CORNER F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Lin Peng Tian was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Samuel Stabbe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
