Jiang Lei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ong Bongo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute Ong Bongo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jiang Lei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jiang Lei came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Bemowo's Ong Bongo. But to his dismay, Ong Bongo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Jiang Lei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ong Bongo in the 26th minute of play. Jiang Lei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ong Bongo in the 37th minute of the match. Jiang Lei stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ong Bongo's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Dariusz Bielejewski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mohieddine Ayari in the 45th minute. In the 47thth minute of the game Mohieddine Ayari who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Bemowo's Dariusz Bielejewski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The CERRO PORTEÑO players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Bemowo were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ong Bongo made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, FC Bemowo's goal looked a bit too open when Mohieddine Ayari came free, but Dariusz Bielejewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the last second Jiang Lei throw himself and got hold of the ball when Nicasio Cugat in the 79thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. FC Bemowo's Nicasio Cugat got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 92nd play minute Nicasio Cugat came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jiang Lei. 1-2. FC Bemowo's Dariusz Bielejewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 王树帆 in the 96th minute of play. FC Bemowo played a much better game than CERRO PORTEÑO and deserved their victory. The CERRO PORTEÑO players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
