Jiang Lei was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Aioros FC's Beat Vid proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Aioros FC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bento Chandeiro in the 16th minute of play forced CERRO PORTEÑO's goalkeeper Jiang Lei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Mohieddine Ayari's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Beat Vid was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. CERRO PORTEÑO's Edward Spets quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Escobar Kerim, made in the 23rd minute of the game. In the 25th minute, CERRO PORTEÑO's Mohieddine Ayari ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Beat Vid. Beat Vid yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Jiang Lei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bento Chandeiro in the 29th minute of the match. Mohieddine Ayari struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Beat Vid didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CERRO PORTEÑO. In the 37th minute, Bento Chandeiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jiang Lei was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind CERRO PORTEÑO's goalkeeper Jiang Lei, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 43rd minute, Anton Axelsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mohieddine Ayari scored 2-2 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Beat Vid, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mohieddine Ayari stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jiang Lei stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bento Chandeiro's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bento Chandeiro in the 55th minute of play forced CERRO PORTEÑO's goalkeeper Jiang Lei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to CERRO PORTEÑO getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Edward Spets hit a great ball. In the 60th minute Aioros FC were awarded a corner. Domingo Perón went to the cornerflag to take it. Domingo Perón made a great header on Aioros FC's corner, it was just that CERRO PORTEÑO's Jiang Lei managed to reach the ball for a save. Mohieddine Ayari took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Beat Vid. Beat Vid dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Aioros FC made a substitution. Nicolas Agerbo replaced Aivaras Lozoraitis. Jiang Lei made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Anton Axelsson sent off a good shot on target. CERRO PORTEÑO's Jiang Lei proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save CERRO PORTEÑO from getting a goal against them. With an all-out effort, Aioros FC's Jiang Lei threw himself towards the right post 77 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jose Miguel Núñez, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Beat Vid came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by CERRO PORTEÑO's Mohieddine Ayari. But to his dismay, Mohieddine Ayari quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. Jiang Lei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bento Chandeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. CERRO PORTEÑO's Jiang Lei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feo Cadorniga in the 85th minute of play. 任棋振 charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed 任棋振 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, CERRO PORTEÑO's 任棋振 got a free kick in the 86th minute. CERRO PORTEÑO's Jiang Lei proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save CERRO PORTEÑO from getting a goal against them. Many of Aioros FC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Aioros FC may have spent more time on the ball, but CERRO PORTEÑO were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
