Lea FC's Namık Hinoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabrizio Canzano in the 13th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Lea FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rab Uba came free, but Namık Hinoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hugo Bastos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Iker Casillas having to make a save. Hugo Bastos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Iker Casillas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Namık Hinoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rab Uba in the 19th minute of play. Namık Hinoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabrizio Canzano in the 21st minute of play. The tension between the Lea FC and the Villa Gordiani players grew even worse after the yellow card. After taking down the ball on Villa Gordiani's corner Ciro Esposito fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Namık Hinoğlu quite easily take care of the ball. In the 30th minute Otang Irawan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Namık Hinoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 32nd minute by Hugo Bastos got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 35th minute, Mário Paiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hugo Bastos got free with Iker Casillas in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 39th minute, Fabrizio Canzano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Namık Hinoğlu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Rab Uba took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Namık Hinoğlu. Namık Hinoğlu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. If Rab Uba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lia Marquez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lia Marquez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hugo Bastos's late challenge caught a Villa Gordiani's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hugo Bastos helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Villa Gordiani booed when Lea FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Bastos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Namık Hinoğlu didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 54th minute, which inside left pole to 0-3. Namık Hinoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Otang Irawan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Namık Hinoğlu managed to avoid a goal in the 60thth minute, when Villa Gordiani's Fabrizio Canzano fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Namık Hinoğlu was out of position in the 63 minute of play, and Fabrizio Canzano capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Fabrizio Canzano really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. After some careless play in the Lea FC defense, Fabrizio Canzano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Namık Hinoğlu. The Lea FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Namık Hinoğlu should have stopped the shot. The Lea FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Villa Gordiani were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
