In the 14th minute, Stefan Marek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 16 minutes into the game, Lionel-Andrés Messi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Sten Naredi. Lionel-Andrés Messi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Sten Naredi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lionel-Andrés Messi in the 19th minute of play. Jerold Lara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Vassilis Nentakis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 22nd minute, Stefan Marek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sten Naredi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vassilis Nentakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jerold Lara in the 36th minute of the match. Rodrigo Mafra made in the 39th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Ştefan Magheran. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ştefan Magheran in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sten Naredi saved DS ACADEMY TEAM from getting behind. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lionel-Andrés Messi to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Barnaba Jarocewicz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vassilis Nentakis was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. In the 57th match minute, DS ACADEMY TEAM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stefan Marek to maneuver through the defense. When S.E. Ayberk Akgün might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vassilis Nentakis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ayberk Akgün ran back to his position shaking his head. S.E. Pindorama Eagles's Vassilis Nentakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ayberk Akgün in the 87th minute of play. After 89 minutes of play, DS ACADEMY TEAM's Ayberk Akgün made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vassilis Nentakis was left in no man's land by his defense there! The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
