A collision led to Wittbach SSA getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Daniel Bentkowski hit a great ball. Ján Oblak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciccio Kowalczyk in the 28th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the game, Ciccio Kowalczyk cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Ján Oblak was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 33 minutes into the match, Wittbach SSA's goal looked a bit too open when Tristan Lannister came free, but Ján Oblak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Walery Bienienda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Ján Oblak made a huge save. If Ted Lasso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Grzegorz Motowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Gustaw Nowak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ted Lasso was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute Ted Lasso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustaw Nowak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 55 minutes, Gustaw Nowak successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 63 minutes Wittbach SSA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ciccio Kowalczyk who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Ciccio Kowalczyk almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Wittbach SSA's Ján Oblak did a great save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Walery Bienienda in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ján Oblak prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tristan Lannister recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ján Oblak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zbyszek Le Bonniec, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Bernard Chludzinski hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 76th minute, Bernard Chludzinski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 78th minute Ted Lasso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustaw Nowak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ján Oblak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zbyszek Le Bonniec in the 82nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Wittbach SSA's Daniel Bentkowski got a free kick in the 85th minute. Ciccio Kowalczyk took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 86th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ján Oblak. Wittbach SSA's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ted Lasso during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Wittbach SSA's Ted Lasso got a free kick in the 87th minute. In the 89thth minute of the game Zbyszek Le Bonniec who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wittbach SSA's Ján Oblak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart.
