Navigators's Yavuz Bülent Akbatu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by René Puente in the 13th minute of play. Mustafa Oğuz Sıratullah hit a great ball. Waclaw Dombrowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Yavuz Bülent Akbatu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Navigators's Yavuz Bülent Akbatu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Navigators from getting a goal against them. René Puente blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yavuz Bülent Akbatu having to make a save. In the 85th minute, Yu Ke Hui left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Navigators fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. José Luis Chilavert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yu Ke Hui in the 88th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Navigators had won after a very even match.
