Deportivo Diamante U18's Gregorio Fagildo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teobald Hodas in the 46th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Teobald Hodas got free with Gregorio Fagildo in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 61st minute Teobald Hodas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gregorio Fagildo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gregorio Fagildo was a little too slow when Carlos Carnicero got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 62nd minute. The score was now 0-2. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Deportivo Diamante U18's goalkeeper Gregorio Fagildo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Deportivo Diamante U18's Gregorio Fagildo got control of the ball when Teobald Hodas tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Carnicero in the 93rd minute of play forced Deportivo Diamante U18's goalkeeper Gregorio Fagildo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. KS Luxik Ruda Śląska played a much better game than Deportivo Diamante U18 and deserved their victory. The Deportivo Diamante U18 players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
