Márk Kovács sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Serafim Eanes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Márk Kovács in the 16th minute of the match. Dionisia's Serafim Eanes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Márk Kovács in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Staffan Apelqvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Templars FC's André Courtois proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Templars FC from getting a goal against them. Templars FC's Ritchie Engelborgh managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by German Naelio in the 27 minute of the game. In the 30th minute Márk Kovács shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafim Eanes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Serafim Eanes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Márk Kovács in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 35th minute Peng Sha Yang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Courtois saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th match minute, Templars FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bonifacio Turri to maneuver through the defense. In the 40th minute, Márk Kovács left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Templars FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After the first half Templars FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Peng Sha Yang was the one to do the kick off. After 54 played minutes Dionisia got a freekick which was hit by Lucio Garoa. A collision led to Dionisia getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Lucio Garoa hit a great ball. A hard shot by Staffan Apelqvist from long distance, 57 minutes into the match, got Serafim Eanes's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Templars FC's André Courtois played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nemesio Eudoxio in the 59th minute of play. A collision led to Dionisia getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Lucio Garoa hit a great ball. The supporters of Templars FC booed when Dionisia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomás Xacintu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Dionisia's Tomás Xacintu got a free kick in the 67th minute. Dionisia's Serafim Eanes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Staffan Apelqvist in the 68th minute of play. Jonathan Sammut had several of the Dionisia's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 79 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-3 score and a disappointed Serafim Eanes as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 82nd minute, Bonifacio Turri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Dionisia's zone, Jonathan Sammut stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Serafim Eanes came out of the goal and Jonathan Sammut tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Templars FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
