Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Calistrat Madgearu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damian Joseph, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 5th minute, Damian Joseph made a precise shot to the right of Calistrat Madgearu. MIT's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. If Nicodim Orășan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Warriors of Gora™ defense, Tiberiu Caramarin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabiano Ramoser. The Warriors of Gora™ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabiano Ramoser should have stopped the shot. Tiberiu Caramarin might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fabiano Ramoser. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tiberiu Caramarin ran back to his position shaking his head. Tiberiu Caramarin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabiano Ramoser read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Fabiano Ramoser showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiberiu Caramarin in the 21st minute of the match. Calistrat Madgearu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Claudinho Bastos in the 22nd minute. Tiberiu Caramarin took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fabiano Ramoser. Fabiano Ramoser dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 29th match minute, Warriors of Gora™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Murat Car to maneuver through the defense. 30 minutes into the game, MIT's Tiberiu Caramarin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fabiano Ramoser made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. When the match clock showed 34 minutes, the score became 1-4 when Tiberiu Caramarin sped through Warriors of Gora™'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fabiano Ramoser. Through an outstanding action, after 38 minutes, Calistrat Madgearu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 39th minute of the match Warriors of Gora™ got a corner. MIT's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ugochukwutubelum Antetokounmpo ran over to the corner to take the kick. Tiberiu Caramarin might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fabiano Ramoser. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tiberiu Caramarin ran back to his position shaking his head. Tiberiu Caramarin took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fabiano Ramoser. Fabiano Ramoser dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-5 lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tiberiu Caramarin to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Warriors of Gora™'s goal looked a bit too open when Tiberiu Caramarin came free, but Fabiano Ramoser reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 54th minute, Tiberiu Caramarin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fabiano Ramoser showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiberiu Caramarin in the 58th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Warriors of Gora™'s zone, Tiberiu Caramarin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabiano Ramoser came out of the goal and Tiberiu Caramarin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Calistrat Madgearu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damian Joseph, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Calistrat Madgearu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-5. MIT made a substitution. Bogdan Bucataru replaced Mihăiţă Ilarie. MIT made a substitution. David Tunander replaced Dorin Banu. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiberiu Caramarin in the 83rd minute of play forced Warriors of Gora™'s goalkeeper Fabiano Ramoser to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tiberiu Caramarin in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabiano Ramoser prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 92 minutes, Tiberiu Caramarin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MIT's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tiberiu Caramarin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the final whistle went the supporters of MIT were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Warriors of Gora™ side.
