San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Agustin Orion played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kristóf Földes in the 8th minute of play. In the 10th minute, Oliverios Marcilla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Manúel Bento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mónico Geller in the 11th minute of the match. San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Leo Acuña was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Manúel Bento in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The crowd rose to their feet as Dogelo's Oliverios Marcilla slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Agustin Orion. That made the score 1-0 after 15 minutes of play. Agustin Orion made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Oliverios Marcilla sent off a good shot on target. 20 minutes into the match, San Lorenzo de Sarandi's goalkeeper Agustin Orion had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oliverios Marcilla. If Oliverios Marcilla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dogelo's Manúel Bento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mónico Geller in the 30th minute of play. San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Mario Silviano quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Sebastián Verón, made in the 31st minute of the game. After 32 played minutes Dogelo got a freekick which was hit by Eliézer Vides. San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Silvio Guillelmus got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Oliverios Marcilla put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Agustin Orion. When Dogelo's Kristóf Földes in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye San Lorenzo de Sarandi's goalie prevented a goal. Kristóf Földes was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 45th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kristóf Földes was the one to do the kick off. Oliverios Marcilla struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Agustin Orion didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dogelo. In the 54th minute, Leo Acuña ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Manúel Bento was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oliverios Marcilla in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Agustin Orion saved San Lorenzo de Sarandi from getting behind. When Dogelo's Oliverios Marcilla in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye San Lorenzo de Sarandi's goalie prevented a goal. The audience was convinced that Oliverios Marcilla's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Agustin Orion was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. 60 minutes into the match, Dogelo's goalkeeper Manúel Bento had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mónico Geller. But to his dismay, Oliverios Marcilla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. With a little luck, Dogelo's Manúel Bento got control of the ball when Paolo Gilen tried to sneak it across the goal line. Agustin Orion showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oliverios Marcilla, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Agustin Orion stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oliverios Marcilla's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. Dogelo's Oliverios Marcilla got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kristóf Földes in the 92nd minute of play forced San Lorenzo de Sarandi's goalkeeper Agustin Orion to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Agustin Orion showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oliverios Marcilla, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Dogelo's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
