Willian Trevisan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Claudinho Queiroz's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. In the 15th minute Jataiense Futebol Clube were awarded a corner. Zachary Figlewski went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Diguinho Pereira heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Willian Trevisan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Golaki Goiano went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Willian Trevisan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudinho Queiroz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alperen Bozkurt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Humberto Pitta, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. The supporters of Jataiense Futebol Clube booed when Merusca F&P - CIMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Humberto Pitta stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Zachary Figlewski ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Merusca F&P - CIMZ's zone, Golaki Goiano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Willian Trevisan came out of the goal and Golaki Goiano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 97 played minutes Jataiense Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Diguinho Pereira. With his leg Alperen Bozkurt managed to avoid a goal in the 99thth minute, when Merusca F&P - CIMZ's Fabiano Abraão fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.
