Gery Pattimura was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 13th minute, Zachary Figlewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Claudinho Queiroz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Gery Pattimura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute of the match, Rodrigo Garro got a very nice opportunity to score, but Alperen Bozkurt was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The audience was convinced that Horácio Gonçalves's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gery Pattimura was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. Gery Pattimura took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudinho Queiroz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Rodrigo Garro made the kick off in the second half. Alperen Bozkurt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodrigo Garro, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 53rd minute Rodrigo Garro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alperen Bozkurt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Léo Nascimento hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. When Horácio Gonçalves came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Jataiense Futebol Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Horácio Gonçalves couldn't finish the play. Golaki Goiano showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. Wágner Fox's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Gery Pattimura firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 94thth minute of the game Wágner Fox who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Coritiba Foot Ball Club's Gery Pattimura was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Jataiense Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Alexander Milošević hit a great ball. Jataiense Futebol Clube played a much better game than Coritiba Foot Ball Club and deserved their victory. The Coritiba Foot Ball Club players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
