Ernesto Varela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedykt Flis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benedykt Flis in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ernesto Varela prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 8th minute, Afonso Maciel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ITAFUT 4EVER fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 11th minute Estevez Palmeira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeusz Dubiel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sylwester Kaczor got free with Ernesto Varela in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 19 played minutes ITAFUT 4EVER got a freekick which was hit by Léo Velasco. When Pedro Paulo Munhoz fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ITAFUT 4EVER's protests and gave Pedro Paulo Munhoz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 21st minute, Pedro Paulo Munhoz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to ITAFUT 4EVER getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Pedro Paulo Munhoz hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Afonso Maciel in the 24th minute of play forced A State Of Trance's goalkeeper Tadeusz Dubiel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sebastião Diniz during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to ITAFUT 4EVER getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Sebastião Diniz hit a great ball. Benedykt Flis might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ernesto Varela. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benedykt Flis ran back to his position shaking his head. 30 minutes into the match, ITAFUT 4EVER's goal looked a bit too open when Benedykt Flis came free, but Ernesto Varela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Afonso Maciel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Tadeusz Dubiel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ernesto Varela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedykt Flis in the 40th minute of play. In the 45th minute, Wiliam Cardozo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edgar Baiano to make the kick off. Radoslaw Wielopolski kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Iwan Dziuma kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Ronaldinho Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Tadeusz Dubiel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. ITAFUT 4EVER's Ernesto Varela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wincenty Plucinik in the 61st minute of play. In the 62nd match minute, A State Of Trance was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fryderyk Psotka to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Iwan Dziuma's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ernesto Varela was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. A State Of Trance made a substitution. Hieronim Czeberowski replaced Dawid Dziura. After a rather tough play, ITAFUT 4EVER's Estevez Palmeira got a free kick in the 69th minute. 71 minutes into the game, Edgar Baiano recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tadeusz Dubiel. Edgar Baiano showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. A State Of Trance's Cezary Moizuk was substituted for Sylwester Kaczor. After 76 played minutes ITAFUT 4EVER got a freekick which was hit by Wiliam Cardozo. Eugeniusz Dytrych was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 77th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Afonso Maciel managed to get in a good position for a shot. ITAFUT 4EVER's supporters rose to their feet, but Afonso Maciel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tadeusz Dubiel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 90 played minutes A State Of Trance got a freekick which was hit by Zbigniew Dyczkowski.
