In the 3rd match minute, Guns And Roses was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilfredo Elia to maneuver through the defense. Cristo Domenec showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abel Egoitz in the 4th minute of the match. 6 minutes into the game, Victoriano Matro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arrecifes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Guns And Roses the free kick. After a rather tough play, Arrecifes's Victoriano Matro got a free kick in the 6th minute. Cristo Domenec showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucio Hever, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Jorge Arnas kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. In the 19th minute Froilan Cutberto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristo Domenec saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Abel Egoitz made a precise shot to the right of Cristo Domenec. Guns And Roses's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 27 minutes into the match, Froilan Cutberto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cristo Domenec. Guns And Roses's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Froilan Cutberto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Guns And Roses were furious when David Mikeldi was red carded, 33 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Abel Egoitz struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Cristo Domenec didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arrecifes. Froilan Cutberto might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cristo Domenec. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Froilan Cutberto ran back to his position shaking his head. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alvaro Iigo made a kick off. Baldomero Vermudo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Iigo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Arrecifes fans' excitement grew in the 54th match minute when Arrecifes's Froilan Cutberto looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Arrecifes's Danilo Quiroga was substituted for Abel Egoitz. After a rather tough play, Guns And Roses's Delmar Maties got a free kick in the 65th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Guns And Roses's zone, Froilan Cutberto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristo Domenec came out of the goal and Froilan Cutberto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 67th minute, Froilan Cutberto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 69 minutes into the match, Guns And Roses's goalkeeper Cristo Domenec had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Froilan Cutberto. Arrecifes's Baldomero Vermudo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simon Seber in the 74th minute of play. When Froilan Cutberto in the 81st play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Cristo Domenec kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 0-5 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. When the match had been going on for 85 minutes, Arrecifes's Froilan Cutberto got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Cristo Domenec. With a little luck, Guns And Roses's Cristo Domenec got control of the ball when Froilan Cutberto tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Guns And Roses fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Arrecifes were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
